Next for the " message" ask about it. Go find a open spot (like a field where you have lot's of space to the north-west.) Now use the Orb of the Moons to the northwest (northwest direction from the NPC.) Let the NPC go through the red moongate that forms. Talk to the person surrounded by light. Ask "About Time." Now ask things in this order:"crisis";"yes";"Fix Magic";"Wisps";"Mission";"Penumbra";"Sphere";"Bye." Now find your way to Spektran.
