1.- Not a revision, but a remembering, or a clarification. As clearly said in the player’s handbook page 148:
"CASTING A SPELL"
Look at the text in italics. The same is true for any psion power.
2.- Dorjes (Psionic Wands) CAN’T hold powers higher than 4th level.
3.- Craft Extraordinary Success: For every 10 points you beat the necessary DC you advance an extra amount that week. For example, if you are crafting a full plate (DC 18) and roll a 39 in your week’s roll, you advance 2106 (18*39*3) silver pieces, instead of the normal 702 (18*39) silver pieces (the DC was beat by 21, so you get an extra two units of work (aka triple)).
4.- Teleportation Spells: Teleport, Teleport without Error, and Teleportation Circle are now Universal Spells.
5.- Gun Fighting Feats: All crossbow-related feats are also applicable to guns and firearms.
6.- Damage Resistance: The concepts introduced in the 3.5E player's handbook are going to be used with a little variation. There will be damage reduction based on alignment (i.e. 10/lawful or 5/good), material (i.e. 5/mithril or 15/meteoric iron), and magic (i.e. 5/+1 or 10/+2). Also, there will be combination of conditions in some monsters (i.e. 10/([green steel or slashing] and [+1 or good]) )
"Casting Time You can cast a spell with a casting time of 1 action as a standard action, just like making an attack (see Cast a Spell, page 125). A spell that takes 1 full round to cast is a full-round action. It comes into effect just before the beginning of your turn in the round after you began casting the spell. You then act normally after the spell is completed. A spell that takes 1 minute to cast comes into effect just before your turn 1 minute later (and for each of those 10 rounds, you are casting a spell as a full-round action). You must make all pertinent decisions about a spell (range, target, area, effect, version, etc.) when you begin casting. For example, when casting a summon monster spell, you need to decide where you want the monster to appear."
