A.- Characters may choose one class skill that will always be a class skill for them, at levels 1, 10, and 20. They may not use these skills as prerequisites, unless they would be able to do so anyway without this rule. They may not choose class restricted skills.
B.- Class skills swapping based on characters background is allowed, but with the DMs approval. For example, if a fighter has a maritime background, he could take "Knowledge: Seamanship & Navigation" instead of "Ride".
C.- Skills such as Proffesion(Perform) learn a new skill for every 3 ranks, not 1; and each new skill must be related to the first one. For example, if at rank 1 you bought dancing, your rank 3 skill shouldn’t be cooking (unless REALLY creative), but singing or some instrument.
D.- Most of the 3.5E changes have been introduced to the skill system. To mention:
I) Alchemy changes name to Craft(Alchemy), and 1 level of any spellcasting class is needed to produce alchemical items.
II) Animal empathy is no longer a skill, now it's a class feature.
III) Innuendo has been folded into the Bluff skill.
IV) Intuit Direction has been folded into the Survival skill (see below).
V) Read Lips as been folded into the Spot skill.
VI) Ride is no longer mount specific.
VII) Pick Pocket renamed as Sleight of Hand.
VIII) Scry is no longer a skill, now all related spell have Will saves.
IX) Wilderness Lore renamed as Survival.
