Planar Skills - Linguistics

Linguistics (INT):

It cost 1 extra skill points to any character of opposite alignment to the language homplane. If the being is from the Inner Planes, the cost is 1 extra skill point for those of opposed element. Modron language always cost 2 skill points, if you have spent only one, you can understand but not speak. All this rules don’t count toward initial languages.
