Planar Skills - Spell Recovery

Power/Spell Recovery (INT):

(Class for Druid, Priest, Psion, Sorcerer, and Wizard. Cross class to any other spell using class) Every time you loss a spell because of plane circumstances (such as illusions in Mechanus) you can make a Spell Recovery Check just after casting it. If you succeed a skill check with a DC of 15 + Spell Level to recover that lost spell, the magic is instantly rememorized in the same fashion as it was before, if included any metamagic feats those are regained as well.
Spells lost or with reduced effectiveness due to planar physical conditions can't be recovered (i.e. a fireball cast in the Plane of Water using a spell key is lost anyways, because the casting was effective, but not the result).

Retry: No.

Special: In combat, the use of this skill is a move equivalent action and must be executed just after casting the spell, it doesn't matter if the action is in the next round (i.e. a sorceror casts a empowered fireball, taking a full-round action to do so, but for some reason fire magic is negated in that spot, so instead of moving at the start of the next round he tries to recover the lost spell, and he's still able to cast a spell or take any action that doesn't involve moving).
